We are terribly sorry about this long break between posts. We just got back from a 3 week trip to India! But we are back and will be back to a regular posting schedule. 

Since we have been traveling quite a bit and just got back from an international trip, we thought we would share our travel essentials. This post is geared mostly toward what we packed and what we feel are essentials to have when traveling to India but most of the stuff are applicable to any destination. 

Keeping it clean: 
1. Hand sanitizer
2. Wet Ones
3. Toilet paper/flushable wipes- not as widely available as you'd think
4. Kleenex


Toiletries:
1. A leave in conditioner to defrizz hair.
2. Conditioner!- its not nearly as easy to find as shampoo
3. Sun screen
4. Powder- its so hot and humid you will need something to keep you matte as possible. 

We went for a wedding so we packed a lot of makeup as well but I don't recommend attempting a full face of makeup on a daily basis in India, it'll just melt off of your face.

these toiletries bags from target really help stay organized. I divided my hair items in one, face and skin in another, and my toothbrush and toothpaste into the small pouch.

India is a wonderful country full of amazing sites to see, you just have to keep in mind that it is a developing country and doesn't have the same level of cleanliness or luxuries as some of the more developed countries. That's why we like to be fully prepared with all of these items to make our stay more comfortable.
